Under the banner of UNNAT BHARAT ABHIYAAN, Rotaract Club of MNNIT, Allahabad, in association with Rotaract Club MLN Medical College Allahabad, organised a medical camp on Sunday 28th October 2018 at Malak May Bhashahi Village in Bahariya Block Tehsil Soraon District Prayagraj. About 30 members of the Rotaract Club of MNNIT Allahabad acted as volunteers under the able guidance and supervision of the faculty advisor Prof. Arvind Agarwal, Coordinator UBA.
The camp witnessed a turnout of more than 300 people from the village and surrounding areas, who were examined free of cost by team of doctors from Rotary Club of Allahabad Elite which included Senior Cancer Specialist Consultant Padma Shri Dr. B. Paul Thaliath, Cancer Specialist Dr. Sonia Tiwari, Senior Gynaecologist Dr. Rama Mishra and Dentist Dr. Prateek Pandey. About 15 Junior Doctors of Rotaract Club MLN Medical College Allahabad assisted. Follow up examinations were also referred to some patients. Specialised dental treatment and free medicines were provided. A record of all patients was created for future references and a health card was issued to all of them.
All members did an excellent job in administering the entire set up with grit and determination, by managing the people and helping them to get proper check-up and medication.
The event turned out to be a success as the local people were very happy and expressed their gratitude at the effort taken by the doctors and the organizers.

This mobile based application has been designed to track patients having cough, cold, fever or breathing problem. Once the software is downloaded and installed, the user can register with following options:
1. Patient/customer 2. Chemist shop owner 3. Medical practitioner 4. Asha Worker |

v After the user selects option for patient/customer, he/she has to provide details including name, mobile number, address etc. and an OTP(One Time Password) is sent to the mobile number. Once OTP is entered, a QR code is generated.
v Medical stores, Practitioners and Asha workers can enter their details and register themselves after verifying with OTP sent to their mobile number respectively.
v After this, they can scan QR code of the registered patient/ customer or add details manually.
v After entering details, click SUBMIT to send the information to the control room.
